Contact wiper brushes for electromagnetic connections

Contact wiper brushes are used in electromagnetic couplers, e.g. in cranes, milling machines, weaving and printing machines etc.

Two types are produced: for dry operation (gearbox without oils) copper graphite wiper brushes for wet operation (gearbox in oil bath) bronze wiper brushes and copper wiper brushes

The recommended load current is 4A. We recommend consulting the manufacturer in case you have other requests.

The brush with holder consists of a polyamide holder with a M18x1/5 mm thread, in which a brass housing is moulded with a slot that prevents the brush from turning. This housing contains a brush that has sensor made of brass, electrical copper or a copper graphite mix.
A copper communication wire is embedded in the sensor with an M4 bolt with spring-mounted compressive spring connected.

Brake switches BS-01-D

Brake switches are used in the automotive industry for controlling motor brakes, brake light switching or as control switches. BS-01-D switches are used in the automotive industry as brake light switches, or as other operating and control switches. A disconnecting contact is located in the polyamide body of the switch. It is operated by a compressive spring. An M12x1.5 Nm union nut is used to anchor the switch. The switch has IP00 protection. It can be connected via a flat jack for copper wires in accordance with ČSN EN 61210 (e.g. AMP connectors 6.3 mm).

Motor brake switch SMB-01

The SMB-01 switch is used in the automotive industry fr controlling motor brakes. The switch consists of the MKO 16 03/18 microswitch with an extension for switching and embedding into a vehicle. The switch is controlled by a lever, which is at arm's reach by the vehicle's steering wheel to the right. Wires led from the switch to the flat jack terminal box for copper wires in accordance with ČSN EN 61210 (AMP 6.35C).
